The CCA Box Office, located in the main lobby of the Canady Creative Arts Center, is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm and 90 minutes prior to each ticketed event.

Group ticket discounts are available for select events when purchasing 10 or more tickets to a single event at one time. No additional discounts are applicable when purchasing group tickets.

All ticket sales are final. CCA Box Office policy prohibits the requesting of refunds or exchanges.

If you are no longer able to attend an event, you are encouraged to return your tickets as a donation. Your donated tickets will be distributed the evening of the performance.

Weather-related Cancellations

In the event of inclement weather effecting the region, the Production and Facilities Office will consult with the School Directors and the event’s responsible faculty member to determine whether a cancellation will be necessary. Once a decision has been made, the Production and Facilities Office will alert the College’s Director of Marketing and Communications, who will contact University Relations and local media, update the College’s online event calendar, ticketing website and post to social media. Although the cancellation of classes or other events across campus does not necessarily mean we will cancel College of Creative Arts events, if a 'University closure’ is announced, all events at CCCA Facilities, including rehearsals, must be cancelled.
